About Me

I am employed by AISD as an Inclusion teacher in math and science at the high school level.
Having grown up in Tucson Arizona, I attended the University of Arizona receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. After working for the U.S. forest service, selling real estate, and doing landscaping work, I felt inspired to become a Special Education teacher.
I attended Mary Hardin Baylor to receive my special education training and Texas State University in San Marcos to complete my regular education coursework.
I have been teaching for over 26 years and love it. I enjoy being of service to students, the staff and even the academics itself.
I currently have two boys attending school here and feel blessed that we are all a part of the AISD community. My wife is also in the teaching business as an elementary reading specialist with BISD.
